Mrs. Meena Sane
Co-Founder
Mrs. Meena S. Sane comes with over 50 years of experience in the veterinary and agrochemical sectors. She is the co-founder of M. & S. Industries, where she has pioneered the development of innovative veterinary products designed to improve cattle health and productivity. Her notable creations include the Milk Replacer for calf growth, cow-side test for diagnosing ketosis, and an anti-tick shampoo, among other products.
Her career began as an R&D expert at Chemopharma Laboratories, where she specialized in fine chemicals and published work on pharmaceutical analysis. Later, she joined Bharatiya Agro Industries Foundation, where she conducted research on cattle nutrition and published findings on agricultural byproducts and digestibility in cattle.
As a seasoned FDA-approved chemist, Mrs. Sane has extensive experience in quality control, milk product testing, soil analysis, and biochemical analysis. Through M. & S. Industries, she continues to impact dairy and cattle farming by developing products that support best practices in animal health and farm operations.
Dr Sudheer Nilkanth Sane
Co-Founder
Dr. Sudheer N. Sane is a seasoned veterinarian and dairy industry expert with a career spanning over four decades. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree, a P.G. F.R.V.A.C., and an MBA, equipping him with both technical and managerial expertise in animal husbandry and dairy farm management.
Since 2006, Dr. Sane has operated his consultancy, specializing in the establishment and management of dairy farms, from site selection to operational efficiency. His work includes developing veterinary support systems and helping design a large-scale automated dairy farm in Baramati. He also serves as the co-founder of M. & S. Industries, where he leads product innovation, notably developing milk replacers and diagnostic tools for dairy health.
Dr. Sane’s extensive experience includes roles as General Manager for Dynamix Dairy Industries, where he launched integrated programs for milk production and quality standards, developed training materials, and produced a documentary for dairy farmers. His early career involved project management in large dairy operations, overseeing herd health, feed production, and milk processing for up to 100,000 liters daily. He has authored multiple training manuals and technical publications, advancing dairy practices through education and hands-on innovation.
Dr. Sane’s career reflects a commitment to advancing dairy production and management, with expertise in breeding, feeding, disease control, and farmer training. His work continues to impact both small-scale and industrial dairy farms across India.

Bobby is a seasoned leader with 25 years plus of Corporate international experience for driving transformation, using technology and innovation to increase sales and business development. Bobby’s expertise spans intelligent automation, strategic program management, and digital process transformation, with a focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to optimize operations.
His international experience includes roles in finance shared services, governance, and compliance, where he has integrated assets across multiple regions and led financial transitions, generating multi-million-dollar savings. An MBA graduate, he has received multiple awards for his contributions to automation and digital innovation, including the 2023 AI Excellence Award and SSON’s 2020 Automation Impact Award. Bobby is leading the go to market strategy to grow M&S Industries global presence.

Mr. Sumeet Sane
General Manager
Sumeet Sane is a seasoned professional with expertise in veterinary pharmaceutical operations and IT security. As General Manager of M&S Industries, an FDA-approved veterinary pharmaceutical company, he has been managing operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and sales, for over a decade. His leadership ensures the delivery of high-quality cattle health solutions.
Before transitioning to manufacturing, Sumeet built a robust IT career, holding an MS in Information Security from the University of Glasgow and an extensive background in application security, ISMS implementation, and IT governance. He served as an IT security consultant for various clients, conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews. His contributions include SOX compliance for financial applications, Windows server audits, and developing secure systems for businesses.
Sumeet also played a pivotal role in developing dealer management systems during his tenure with Piaggio Vehicles, leading projects that enhanced business efficiency. His blend of operational management, technical expertise, and leadership underpins his commitment to innovation and excellence in both the pharmaceutical and IT industries.
